What is Boo Bash?

Boo Bash is a fun costume FAMILY dance party in the Jerry Thomas Elementary School cafeteria. There will be dancing, costume contests and food!

When is Boo Bash?

This year the event takes place on Friday, October 18. There are two sessions. The early session is from 5:30 p.m. – 7 p.m. The late session is from 7:30 p.m. – 9 p.m. Your student can attend either session - but will require a ticket and adult supervision. Our younger students typically attend the early session, but both sessions are open to students of all grade levels. We ask that you are mindful that tickets are limited.

Do I need tickets?

Yes, all children and adults attending need to have ENTRANCE TICKETS to attend. Siblings under 2 years old do not need tickets. Space is limited. We can only sell a limited number of tickets for each session, so if you want to go, don’t wait! Tickets will NOT be sold at the door.

Can I bring siblings who don’t go to Jerry Thomas Elementary?

Yes, siblings are welcome to attend Boo Bash with your family. All children 3 and up need ENTRANCE TICKETS.

Can I drop my students off at Boo Bash?

NO! All children MUST be supervised by an adult at all times. This is a family event.

What is included with my ENTRANCE ticket?

Each CHILD ENTRANCE TICKET ($12) includes one slice of pizza, a beverage, dessert.

Each ADULT ENTRANCE TICKET ($6) only includes entry. Adult tickets are required for adult entry. If an adult would like to have pizza, drink and cookie they are welcome to purchase a child ticket.

Can I buy extra food/drinks?

Yes, in addition ENTRANCE TICKETS, you can purchase FUN TICKETS for $1, which can be used for pizza, drinks and other goodies/activities at the event.

Will there be a costume contest?

YES! There will be prizes for the best costume for kids and adults.

How do I purchase tickets?

A limited number of tickets will be sold from October 1 - 11. You can purchase tickets online at https://jtespto-boobash2024.cheddarup.com or you can complete the ticket form sent home with students and return it to their teachers.

When will we get tickets?

Tickets will be delivered via email and QR codes will be used for entry. We have gone paperless for tickets, so please be sure you check your emails right after you order.

Food redemption tickets and pre-purchased FUN tickets will come home via student's backpacks by 10/17.
